    Philips cdrw 1208 ???

Is the Philips cdrw 1208 supported? It too is an older burner, roxio had to patch ecd 4.0 to get their program to recognize it.

OK, I'm game, by the way, does the writing program have a provision whereby I can add a track at a time without closing out the whole cd. roxio's 4.05 closes out the cd, never to be written to again. Kind of a pain when I'm piecing together a compilation, I end up with partially written cd's that can't be reopened. The easy cd 5.0 has a provision that will allow the user to keep the unfinished cd open, for future writing, I dl'ed that shareware version, and don't think it's worth what they want for it. So I'm back with ecd 4.05, and auto closing cd's.

For mp3 CDs yes, for Standard Audio CDs no (they have to be closed to play on a stereo).

Just installed the CDWriter, ran it through some paces, them promptly paid for it. This rounds out a very nice package. Again, Well Done!
