cd writer and music converter not working

Hi

I used a trial version of music converter R13 and cd writer and it worked fine for the trial period.

Now when I registered it and downloaded the registered version, it is giving me the following error
"R13-Ref-Registered.exe is not a valid win32 application"

It says the same for cd writer as well.

Can't seem to get that working.

I have tried de-installing and re-installing several times and have downloaded the version but it still doesn't work and spews the same message.

can someone help please.
