Where to download CD Writer?

I'd like to obtain the CD Writer release just announced on the products page, but for the life of me I can't find where to download it. I click on one button after another and just seem to go round in a circle. Where do I go, please? I already have dBpoweramp Reference installed and registered. Many thanks for your kind assistance.
