I have Ver 11 & CD Writer still won't work

    1. I bought a copy of your converter. When it installed it, it said it could not install version 12 and installed version 11.
    2. I installed a trial version of your CD burner. When I try to use it, I get the "Unknown command line error" even though I appear to have version 11 of the converter as displayed by your configuration program.
    3. I downloaded the trail version of your player and installed it, but the configuration program does not see it.

Which version of the CD burner did you install, r2 or the r3 beta? The r3 beta required dMC r12.
As for the audio player, try the r3 beta listed below, it shows up in dMC Configuration.

Also, you might want to check your Configuration to confirm what version of Music Converter you have, which codecs show as being installed, and what version of Windows you are running. You might want to copy your Configuration and post it here via your clipboard.

      Best wishes,
      Bill

O.K., I decided to check your config utility with the add -remove utility of windows, and it told me that I did indeed have 12.5 installed.

So I uninstalled everything, and installed 11.5 and version 2 of CD writer. Now I was able to burn a CD with wave files, but when I tried to do something fancier (I think it was Mpc files), the Burner nicely sent me to a page to download a codec, but it turned out that it sent me to the wrong page for the version of the converter and burner I was using. Apparently I had to go to a page of legecy codecs. I may get this all straightened out, but it seems to me you have royally messed up the transition to version 12. Perhaps I should wait until you fix this up with new versions. BTW I, too, would like cue support.

Cue support is planned for r13. Also, r2 directs to the Main Codec Central instead of the Legacy Codec Central because it was released before r12 came out with the new codec system.
If you want the new versions, try dMC r12.4 and the beta dCW r3 currently in testing.
