Can I upgrade to CD Writer?

I purchased a registration for dMC-r12.3 (Converter and MP3 license). Looks like CD Writer is not included. I should have paid the extra few dollars and got the Writer. Does anyone know if I can pay the difference now and get a registered copy of CD Writer?

Currently we do not offer an upgrade path as you describe, if you look in the beta section of this forum you can find the latest CD Writer, which is open testing for everyone.
