please help

Hello all,

I purchased and installed the CD writer after using the free trial for a bit.
Now the cd writer crashes every time I open it. i have uninstalled and reinstalled it countless times, to no avail. Music converter still works fine. I'm stumped and frustrated, any suggestions?
