    It Keeps crashing

I have just reinstalled dBpowerAMP CD writer and every time I start to use it to burn a CD it crashes. I open the programme open the source file directory start to add files to burn by double clicking on the selected tracks, it starts to copy the file accross and then comes up with the crash error, asks me if I want to send the report to Microsoft and then closes. When I restart it I see the file(s) it added previously, if I am brave enough to try and actually burn the CD it appears to start to burn but does not, after several seconds it comes back with a CD not ready error message. It has killed every virgin CD I have tried. I have uninstalled Itunes as I read this may cause a problem but nothing changed after I did that. So now I cannot burn my CD's.
Any suggestions please? Could it be a codec propblem or another conflict.
I am not a novice and have an excellent understanding of Windows XP and general audio issues

Try converting the files you wish to add to 'Test Conversion'.
