CD writer not found

Hi, this is my first time using this program and I'm not a very IT-savvy person. :blush: Pls bear with me for a while.

Ok, I've downloaded the CD writer. Selected a few songs to be downloaded to the CD. Then, when I tried to click on the "Burn CD" button, a message says "No CD writers found". What's wrong? pls help.

Does your PC have a CD or DVD Writer drive? You can only create your own CDs if you PC has a CD Writer drive.

If it does what make and model is it?

When you mention CD writer drive, do you mean the CD-ROM drive? If yes, then I do have the drive. My computer is Acer, model no. VT5500G.

No, he means a CD-RW, CD-R, DVD+ or -R, DVD+ or -RW drives. CD-ROM and DVD-ROM drives are incapable of burning discs, only reading them.

No, you have to purchase a burner and install it into your computer. Alternatively, you could purchase an external burner, but this is a more expensive choice.
