Duplicate Tracks Issue

Any seen this one?

A couple of times I am about to complete the list of tracks to be converted for burning, and suddenly all tracks are duplicated in the list..the app complains about overburn, and mysteriously I cannot play any of them (by right clicking). The only way out is to delete all tracks and start again. This happens to me 1 in 3 or 4 times of usage.

Using Release 2, registered, and only DSP is Volume Normalize.

Any ideas?

We have seen this, but have been unable to track it down (as it appears infrequently). CD Writer will be getting a complete rewrite sometime after new Music Converter R12 (to bring it inline with new code).

Thanks - I know you probably hate this question, but what likely timeframes are we talking about?

Quite a long time, R12 will be about the end of this year.
