Hi, I have installed the latest Ripper software on Windows 10 and want to use my Kodak Kiosk 50 to rip. In the loader config I have selected "--comport=COM3 --comspeed=9600" which is what prolific USB to serial shows but when I test the commands it says "unable to find com port 'COM3'". Any ideas what is wrong? Thanks

If you look in device manager you should see a com port 3, do you? perhaps something has it open? try this to test com3 can be opened:
