Problem communicating between Nimbie and dbPoweramp Batch Ripper

I just received a Nimbie auto loader. I am running dbPoweramp under Windows10 on a Macbook Pro. I have the Nimbie configured as F: drive in Windows and the Nimbie shows ready to use: When I select Rip in BatchRipper, time starts ticking off and it says it's going through a "pre-load process". Many minutes laters it will then say loading CD. Eventually, the Nimbie will reject the CD, without having ripped it. For a single CD this process is taking 15-20 minutes. I have Batch Ripper loading configured as "Nimbie". Help!

How are your running Windows? through boot camp?
