Nimbie stops loading CDs since Windows 10 Version 2004

For several months now, the Nimbie has been causing more and more problems when loading CDs.
We are very sure that this is related to recent Windows 10 updates.
When starting Batch-Ripper, the software hangs on "Loading CD ..." but does not load any.
This has happened occasionally in the past few months. The error occurred more frequently with every Windows update.
You could get around by restarting the Nimbie and the PC over and over again.
Now - the Batch-Ripper no longer loads CDs. (Windows 10 Version 2004)

Acronova has a test-tool (BS Utility) that checks all functions of the Nimbie (Opening, Closing, Loading and Unloading CD).
That works very fine.
On the other hand, the commands in the Batch-Ripper-Configuration do not work.
So the problem seems to be the batch ripper.
We had a few PCs to test and a second Nimbie too.

Has anyone else observed the problem? Or even a solution?

Sorry for the break in writing, I was out of the office.
QQGetTray works very fine.
Immediately afterwards I started the batch ripper and it doesn't load a CD.
We tested this on several computers and 2 Nimbies.
With every new Windows build, the problem gets bigger.
Now obviously no work is possible with Build 2004.

Annoyingly, we can't stop Windows from updating.
The German dealer for Nimbies immediately asked us whether the problem had existed since the last Windows update.

We urgently need help - because the orders are piling up.

Our current test shows that QQGetTray and BS Utility only work for one CD.
The tray does not open when loading the next, second CD.

Switching the Nimbie off and on then works again for the next CD.

The Windows 10 device manager reports (on 2 computer) that the USB TEAC DV-5600S drive cannot be migrated.
So this must be up to the USB-driver for the Nimbie.
TEAC CD-drives of the same type connected as SATA are accepted by Windows.

The German sales department is in contact with Datatronics. The error can of course only apply to certain serial numbers.

Does one have to install/use QQGetTray and BS Utility to get the Nimbie to work with the batch ripper?

They are not needed and should not be running at the same time as batch ripper as they will get in the way.

We now know that the problem is with some of the TEAC CD drives.
Some serial numbers block the drive from opening under Windows 10 Build 2004.
This is a hardware problem.
We have a lot of TEAC drives bulid in a CD-Tower. Some drives are now also blockes.

Definitely has nothing to do with dBpoweramp.
We initially assumed that dBpoweramp no longer controls the Nimbie. But it's up to the TEAC drives.
