No individual folders for multi-disc albums

Hello,
When I rip a multi-disc album, the disc number will be listed in the metadata, but the discs are not separated within sub-folders in the target folder. It is just all the tracks in one folder. So when I navigate to the folder, the tracks are in track order but not separated. So when I import it to itunes or another media player, the tracks are not in order. How do I fix this?

Edit the naming string and put the disc number in front of the track names (i.e. like "1-01 xyz") or put the disc number at the end of the album name (i.e. "MyAlbum, Disc 1"). I prefer the first solution and keep all tracks of the album in one folder.
