Just did a fresh install and now can't get my nimbie working

Need help with the auto loader. I believe I have everything as before but I can't get my nimbie USB plus to talk. Please advise...
So I got it working how do I get back to the config page for the batch ripper?

You would install the Batch Ripper first, then install the Nimbie driver for batch ripper which is on the Batch Ripper download page.
