    Will this scenario work?

I have around 1,000 CDs to rip and would be willing to buy some extra USB DVD drives. Here is my proposed scenario:

    Windows 10 64-bit
    Intel i9-9900K (16 threads @ 3.6 GHz)
    2 TB M.2 storage @ 3,500 MBps
4 USB 3.0 external DVD drives

    * Would I just keep feeding new CDs as they are done?

    * Would the drives pop open after each rip?

    * Would the interface let me see what's going on with each drive and potentially modify titles/images if needed?

    Thank.

You would need Batch Ripper see it under the products link above.

With the regular CD ripper program, the answer to your 3 questions are all YES.
edit: note that you can install the full version of the ripper without purchasing to test out the program. This turns off after a while, but at least you can test before purchasing.
