Primera 4052 driver

We can't configurate the Primera 4052 automatic ripping. Is a driver problem ? Anyone can help ?

Primera work with is software and media player or Itune.

I give you some information which could help. The dbpoweramp is running on Windows 10 and the Primera DP-4052 is connected via USB. We have already installed the Primera Batch Ripper Driver R3.5

Have you tried asking Primera customer support?

In batch ripper when you try to configure a drive as the primera, the log is shown in the configuration window, so run the Batch Ripper configuration program.

Hi, you find a solution for Primera driver in the meantime ?
I buy the Primera only to rip CD, we rip thousand of CD from our Customers with PT Publisher but result is a disaster !

If I throw away the Primera, witch Robot you will recommend to be sure will work correct ?
