GD3 metadata licensing cost

Looking at purchasing dbpoweramp with batchripper to rip my personal music collection to FLAC (Haven't demoed it yet). Keep seeing a 400 lookup limitation for GD3 look ups with batchripper. I know I have somewhere around 1000 discs to archive. If additional licensing is required, how much is the GD3 licensing past the initial 400? I do have a Sony XL1B to use. Also saw something about 500x500 for artwork, is that still true? If you purchase PerfectTUNES would that bump it to 1000x1000 or would you have to run PerfectTUNES after the ripping process?

I did purchase the GD3 licensing for use with EAC, but it gets tedious doing one disc at a time so looking for something to speed up the process.

GD3 charges around $0.10 a disc in batch ripper (we are not involved in that, or receive anything from it).

Their artwork is around 1000x1000.

Is GD3 the "go to" source? Is it better than discogs?
