    Well I am at a loss then. When I input the configuration as posted it runs through to finished on the screen but nothing happens with the unit itself. I have the drivers installed but this is a windows 11 machine and I guess it will not work. I contacted mF digital directly to get the deivers. I also tried to install the native software from the for this machine which is ripstation 4.4 to try and test the drivers and see if they or the config was my issue but I lack a license key and MF digital says the can no longer produce them and don’t know how to get one. So I guess I am kind of stuck for a while. Anyone have any other ideas?

    The load and unload are using the serial port and is based on drive position not letter.

    i did that. when I have them set up as printed on this page it runs through and nothing happens. when I change the drive to d which is what the cd rom of the ripstation is under it gives a com error. in device manager the autoloader has no device letter assigned and the cd rom has the letter D assigned. i assume per the instructions that I need to change the drive letter from J to D. i am not sure if i am explaining this correctly.

    You would have to configure (Batch Ripper Configure) and test the load and unload events in the configuration program

    I am running into a little problem with the above setup and I was hoping someone could help. I setup my ripstation 7601 And the batch ripper sees the drive but when I click rip nothing loads. I have the drivers installed from mf digital, i created the folders as above and did the configuration as above. The only issue i see is when i type in the commands as writen and clik test it runs to complete with no issue. If i change the drive letter for J to D which is what the autoloader is listed as it gives a com error. I am not the best at this kind of stuff so any help would be appreciated

    You would have to install an older OS if there are no drivers.

    Then browse to where dBpoweramp is installed, choose the Batch Ripper folder >> choose Loaders.

    Create a new folder called 'MF Digital Ripstation', browse into this folder. Create 5 further folders:

    Load
    Reject
    Unload
    pre-batch
    post-batch

    into these folders copy and paste the downloaded file (so it is in each of these 5 folders).

    Then browse into Load folder, rename UniversalLoaderCLI_1.0b2 to load (the file should be load.exe if showing extensions). Browse into Reject and rename UniversalLoaderCLI_1.0b2 to reject, browse into Unload and rename UniversalLoaderCLI_1.0b2.exe to unload. Browse into pre-batch and change to pre-batch, browse to post-batch and rename to post-batch.

    Create a text file called DefaultCmdLine (create in your documents file, by right click >> new >> text document). It does not need to contain anything, copy and paste this file into the 5 folders, load, unload, reject, post-batch and pre-batch.

    Run Batch Ripper Configuration (from icon in start menu) and for each of the unconfigured drives listed click 'configure' change the loading method to MF Digital, type the commands as:

    Load: --comport=com3 --comspeed=9600 --drive=J: --drivebank=1 --bindtodrive --open --command=C:X:::E --commandbank1=I:X:30:5:E --close --unbindtodrive

    Unload: --comport=com3 --comspeed=9600 --drive=J: --drivebank=1 --bindtodrive --open --command=C:X:::E --commandbank1=A:X:30:5:E --close --unbindtodrive

    Reject: --comport=com3 --comspeed=9600 --drive=J: --drivebank=1 --bindtodrive --open --command=C:X:::E --commandbank1=G:X:30::E --closeblind --commandbank1=R:X:30:5:E --unbindtodrive

    Pre-Batch: --comport=com3 --comspeed=9600 --drive=J: --drivebank=1 --bindtodrive --closeblind --sleep=2 --unbindtodrive --exit

    Post Batch: --comport=com3 --comspeed=9600 --drive=J: --drivebank=1 --bindtodrive --open --unbindtodrive --exit

    Changing the comport as required and drive letter to match. Click the test button to make sure each method is working.
    @Spoon,
    Hi there, I followed your instructions, to get the MF Digital Baxter work on W10, but unfortunately the device identifies as "MFD-CD20-Version2.10" and there is no driver available for W10. Do you have any suggestions how to map this USB-device to a dedicated COM port?
    Thanks in advance and greez from Austria,
    Volkmar

    Re: MF Digital Ripstation

    I have located the drivers that you requested some time ago in both 32 and 64 bit for your machine. Send me an email at progressivelabs@verizon.net and I will forward the files to you.
