Primera Bravo Pro drives not located... help!

I purchased new last evening, loaded all files, ran as administrator, and cannot get Primera Bravo robot containing drives to be located. Please help or how do I get a refund if the Primera Bravo Pro is not supported? It is on your list as a supported item.PT Publisher works just fine. Please advise.

When configuring the loader to the Primera drivers, you can try test load and unload, what messages are shown in the displayed log?

Try right click on the Batch Ripper configuration icon >> Run as Administrator

I did try Batch Ripper config run as administrator and received the same result. Is it possible to get a Mac trial to see if it works? So far, the $39 PC version has not served me at all. Thanks.

There is no batch ripper for Mac.
