CD ripper will recognize Nimbie but not batch comverter.

I have Nimbie NB21 autoloader. The dBpoweramp CD Ripper will recognize it but not the Batch Ripper. Was working fine before, but not now.

In Batch Ripper you run the Batch Ripper configuration program to configure the drive as the autoloader.
