Dynamic Naming [date] generates date for the wrong time zone

I want to store the rips from batch ripper into date folders, so I am using [date] as part of my Dynamic Naming. However, the date appears to be based upon some European time zone because it rolls over to the next day around mid afternoon here in California. Please fix this. Thanks
