Since about two years we are ripping audio cds with dbPoweramp Batch Ripper and a Primera DP-4102 cd robot with no problems.. We changed to new pc harware, from Windows XP to Windows 7 and now the Batch Ripper software will not work properly anymore and messing up the process. It seems that the robot arm does not know which drive should be loaded or unloaded. When using the test procedures oft he Batch Ripper Configuration application I will get following behavior:
Load top drive:
Unload top drive:
Load bottom drive:
Unload bottom drive:
When executing a Batch Ripper job all will mess up and sometimes there will be 3 cds in a tray.
We use now Windows 7 Pro, Service Pack 1, dbPoweramp R15.1, Batch Ripper R2 and Primera Loader R3.5 (not working).
We used before Windows XP Pro, dbPoweramp R14.2, Batch Ripper R1.5 and an older Primera Loader version (working).
It’s seems not to be an issue of the robot or the drivers because when using the full robot test in Primera PTPublisher software everything works properly.
Are you aware of this issue and could you give us a solution to this as soon as possible?

Load top drive:
- Top drive open
- Robot arm picks cd from input bin and presses down the top drive tray and stops operating
Unload top drive:
- Top drive open
- Robot arm picks cd from top tray and puts it to output bin
Load bottom drive:
- Bottom drive open
- Robot arm picks cd from input bin and let it fall from halfway down to bottom tray
Unload bottom drive:
- Bottom drive open
- Robot arm tries to pick cd from bottom tray but reaches only halfway down
When executing a Batch Ripper job all will mess up and sometimes there will be 3 cds in a tray.
