    Re: Problems with Batch Ripper

It all seems good, you can right click on the drive in Batch Ripper and select 'Show Ripper', batch ripper uses the normal CD ripper (hidden) for ripping.

I'm assuming over-read is set by that Read into Lead-In Lead-Out setting? If so, it's disabled. I'm defaulting to Secure Ripping, by the way, and, as I mentioned, everything works in the regular CD ripper (if these settings are available separately for the Batch Ripper, I couldn't find it).

As for the network share comment: it's ripping to a local drive. This drive is set as shared over the network, but I'm assuming this is not what you meant by network share?

Perhaps you have overread enabled in CD Ripper? or are ripping to a network share, both of these can freeze the ripping (it must be pointed out it is not CD ripper at fault).

    Re: Problems with Batch Ripper

Just installed R2. Initial results were encouraging, as it started ripping the CD, but it won't end the process - it stays there "ripping" the last track forever. This is something I experienced a couple of times with R1.5 as well.

I'm sure this will make me look stupid, but how can I tell?

The regular ripper works perfectly despite that message in the Batch ripper.

I don't think it's the case - only thing that could be vaguely related is the Intel Storage perfomance thing, but I don't think it does anything to the CD Drive. It's also been there since the beginning of this build.

The drive letter is the same? ie same as in explorer as to what Batch Ripper is using?
