Problems with Batch ripper and recently purchased dbpoweramp

I used the 21 day free trial of dbpoweramp and batch ripper without problems. I purchased and downloaded dbpoweramp after the trial period ended. Every time I try to use batch ripper it states that dbpoweramp is required. There is a register button that immediately takes me back to the purchase page. There's no way to register the purchased software. Any suggestions?

All programs require installing to the same folder, uninstall everything, then install dBpoweramp first, then install Batch Ripper (redownload latest version).
