Elite pro robot

Hello,

I seem to be having some issues with the amtrend/elite drivers. Everything seems to function (drive open or close and ripping) except the robot. I have an elite pro two drive printer unit running windows xp sp3. The config is populated with COM1 and 9600 baud rate for all fields. Where do I start in troubleshooting the robot?

So I have discovered that COM3 is the port of choice for the device I have. Now I am having an issue with the picker. It seems to properly open/close the disc tray and unload from the disc tray but it won't pick and load from the spindle. Where to look for this?

I am sorry we did not write this driver, and the guy that did is no longer around.
