Someone's blog I found about how to setup dbpoweramp with the Primera 4102 (different model) said to download PTRobot package from Primera. It didn't say anything about how to install some of PTRobot, only to do their Calibrate with the unit (which I did). I've just asked Primera support about how to install anything from PTLoader. I couldn't find any instructions about this part of the installation/configuration on your site, in the software, or this bb. Is there something I need to do?

Found something! When I switched over to the Primera PTPublisher, it told me that the jukebox door is OPEN. Well, it wasn't open, but it was not locked. Their software gives this in a BOLD status message. So, I turned the key clockwise (there is no visual feedback on the jukebox to indicate closed or open), then the dbpoweramp batch configuration's tests start working better than before. Then I got into the digitizing, and dbpoweramp rejects 2 of 2 CDs, each in its turn in its first several seconds since loaded. This is the new issue now - how to keep my audio CDs (even perfect condition) from being all rejected.

Couldn't dbpoweramp display a message of status when the door is not locked closed, i.e. "OPEN"? Since there is no visual indication otherwise, this could be quite helpful.

In the batch ripper log it will say why it was rejected, what does it say?

Hmmm... Something about Wavepack .wv files. Earlier using the computer's ordinary CD drive, I was able to rip a CD of all the songs on a CD to one file per track in .wv format. Then I set or tried to set the option for "all files to one" .wv file. All of the tracks on each CD fail to rip, about 1/4 sec. each. No directory is made for the Artist, as was the case with the earlier successful rip with the ordinary drive.
--- Found the cause: The directory I designated for writing to is on a network volume. The drive letters changed between boots! So the path for saving was no longer valid. There is no specific error message for this. See log below.

Is the .WV All Into One File option I see in the single interactive rip app available in Batch Ripper?

Yes, the error message is a bit mis-expressed. The actual problem is that the network volume drive letter changed since DBpoweramp was configured for where to write the files. The drive which appeared at the path when the message came out indeed did not have the path to the directory named.
