How to control the Primera Robot with dbPoweramp?

I already set up the optical drives in dBpoweramp, but when beginning do the batch ripper the robot(Primera DP-4102 XRP-Blu) not working. The robot does not handle CDs of the compartment to put into the optical drive. How can I fix it?

You have installed the Primera Batch Ripper driver and configured the drives as the Primera (from Manual Load - Auto Eject)?

Yes. If I put the CD manually on the optical driver, the ripper works. But the robot doesn't pull the CDs.

In the Batch Ripper Drive configuration program, what happens if you click the Test Load? what is shown in the log?
