AMG lookups on multiple machines on same account

Hi all
I put the same details from the first machine into the second machine and does not work.
What am i doing wrong

if i pm you the user and password on Monday can you try it at your end .
I think am putting the right details in.

If the details work on one computer, but not the other, then they will be right, you have to possibly look at security software which might be blocking the lookup.
