Aren't the lookups unlimited?

I've purchased DBPowerAmp Reference 14, the information available on your website referred that I would have unlimited lookups on several databases but I keep receiving emails informing that I'm getting out of lookups.

Can you help me?

CD Ripper has unlimited updates.

Batch Ripper does not.
