Batch convert MP3 -> MP3 but skip low bitrates, how?

hi folks,

i have here quite a lot of MP3, some 56kBit, some 96kBit, lot 128 kBit and a lot 192kBit or higher.
Now i would like to convert all the MP3 higher then 128kBit to 128kBit.

How can i do that? I'm looking for a way to skip MP3 with 128kBit and less to skip in the Batch converter.

Use the Batch Converter, click 'List' then sort on Bitrate, uncheck the ones you do not want, then convert.

won't work.
i can't uncheck files with 128kBit and below, just can (un)check all.

select the top one, hold shift, select the bottom one, then click in the tick mark.
