Help - The Nimbie Batch Ripper fails to install

I am trying to set up the registered version of the software. Converter installs fine but when I try to install the Nimbie batch ripper software it never gets to the batch ripper configuration, it fails and reports an error "whilst trying to run BatchRipper.exe" In looking into the referenced directory I do not even see the Batch Ripper executable. What am I doing wrong???? (Windows XP Pro, Dell Optiplex 740. Clean install) Thanks in advance!

You need to install Batch Ripper first then the driver.
