Batch Ripper not Prompting with Medium ChangerContents Popup

I have 2 Sony VGP-XL1B changers, one is connected to a Windows 7 PC and the other to a Windows XP PC.

The Windows 7 PC prompts me with a Medium Changer Contents popup when I choose RIP in Batch Ripper.

The Windows XP PC does not prompt me and after ripping all the discs in the changer, starts over on the first disc.

Both are running the same version of the Batch Ripper software. Is there something I am missing?

You must disable the service as mentioned in the section where you downloaded the Sony Batch Ripper driver from.
