Batch Ripper (Nimbie) has stopped working

I purchased a new Nimbie last summer after my Baxter failed.

At the time I received it, I set it up with DBPA/Batch Ripper and ran a few discs through it.

5 Months later, today, I fired it up trying to rip a stack of discs that has collected.

It will not load now. I've installed the latest Batch Ripper and DBPA Reference. I've also re-installed the Nimbie driver from the beta page, as well as the system driver from Acronova.

What happens is that Batch Ripper just sits on "Loading CD" and there is no action on the Nimbie. I see 2 processes running, "load.exe *32" (I'm a win 7 64 bit machine) and "NimbieBackgroundRunner.exe *32".

The nimbie led's are normal, with "Ready" led solid. The drive letter is correct and the drive is empty.

Any ideas what could be worng with my set up?

    Thanks, Pete

Re: Batch Ripper (Nimbie) has stopped working

This seems to be resolved. It was not a DBPA/Batch Ripper issue. The QQQ software that came with the NB11 also did not work. I got ahold of Broadex (thumbs up for weekend support) and they suggested trying a different a different USB port, which worked. I do not understand why this fixed it (or why one usb port works and another doesn't), but I am up and running. The drive itself has worked always worked, on all ports. The only issue has been with the autoloader.
