How to convert ape album with cue sheet to seperate flac files

I am a new comer and maybe this is a silly question but I just can't solve this and I didn't find a solution in the forum.
I have a lot of albums that are single file ape format with cue sheets. Now I am using Jplay that does not support ape. So I have to batch convert these single file ape music into seperate flac files. Now I can only convert the single file ape into single file flac. How can I convert them into seperate flac files?

It is not possible with dBpoweramp.
