Changing the Directory structure

I am new to this game and have ripped a few hundred albums with the structure [artist]\[ track - album etc] I need to change this to [artist]\[album]\[track - album etc]
In batch ripper I set it all up, click on list / rename button and it all looks just great. select the lot hit F2 hit OK and nothing happens to the structure.
If I run the batch it still does not change the directories'
I dont need to alter the file type - all in FLAC and to stay in FLAC
Just the structure ..... Help

Visit codec central above, utilities, arrange audio.

Then convert all the files to arrange audio, it is best you convert to a new folder at the root, that way the old empty folders can be removed easily.
