Can't get Db to locate robot on Bravo XRP. Help!

    Can't get Db to locate robot on Bravo XRP. Help!

    Robot works with Primera software but not with Batch Ripper. Error says:

    Unable to locate Primera robot containing drive 'E:', please check connection. Continue Batch Rip?

    I have been through configuration, etc. Any suggestions?

      I've been getting the "Unable to Locate Primera Robot" error and can't seem to fix it. I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled, downloaded the newest Primera Loaders (Revision 3) as that seemed to help some, and version 1.4 of Batch Ripper but still can't get the robot to work. I can PM the log file to anyone who

          Changes: Added new detection when two discs are loaded at once (ie two discs stuck together). There is the option when configuring Primera to wait for operator to remove 2nd disc (--stoponmultidiscsloaded="yes"), or automatically reject the disc (--stoponmultidiscsloaded="no"). ** NOTE: After installing
