Meta Data Lookup Order/Local Cache

Does Batchripper use the local cache (created by itself and cd ripper) and is it checked first?

I have a lot of non-us cd's that I've had to create meta data for (different program/different rip formats) and would like to re-rip them with batch ripper, but I don't want it pulling in the non-us meta data from FreeDB. I can convert the existing meta data to the local cache, I just want to know if it's going to work.

Batch Ripper does not use the local cache.
