    Installing Batch Ripper

I'm trying to get a Primera Disk Publisher 2 working with Batch Ripper.

I had installed R14 and version R2 of the Batch Ripper on a windows 7 32 bit machine.

I went through the batch ripper configuration and all seemed ok, however when I started a batch the robot arm did not pick up a CD from the input hopper even though the CD tray opened. if I manually placed a CD in the tray and closed it it would rip that CD.

After reading the forum I upgraded to the latest primera driver R3 but no change. I tried to go back to R2, uninstalled all the DBpoweramp apps and re-installed them but now the install for Batch Ripper fails. The batch ripper gets to the final page of the install and when I select finish to run the configuration I get the message "Error whilst running 'C:\Program Files\Illustrate\DBpoweramp\BatchRipper.exe' "

The file BatchRipper.exe is not in the DBpoweramp directory.

Any help would be welcome, thanks.
