Hello, I'm a bit new with dbpoweramp using it in trial mode. Is it possible to use the batch ripping with an NEC multispin 2X CD player? On the computer, all 7 drives can be seen, only one can be used at a time mechanically loading the disk when accessed. However, when I try the patch ripping, it seems the discs do not load even though there is indication in the batch ripper it's trying to load the discs.

When I test it, it seems to eject the right one. So I'd like to see if it will load the right one in a proper sequence or not. Is there any literature on how to write these batch commands?Comment

Yes, I have read it, but not sure about the syntax. I've also started to go through some of the other command files for different devices, and see lot of things not explained in the help file. Is there any way to conditionally load a drive?Comment

You have to write the code for the load.exe, etc as the standard ones will not function as you require.Comment

Things seem to work for every drive if I select them individually using the CD ripper. Are you saying I have to compile my own load.exe?
Is there a manual saying what things like
-unbindtodrive
-pollstring
specialbatchripperflag
etc.... actually mean?

Hmm, when I just use the CD ripper, it seems to work, however, when trying to play back via jriver, all the message I get is that it's buffering all the data, never plays.Comment
