Media Technics robot support

Just had 2 robots repaired by Media Technics. They upgraded their firmware to Fusion MX 5.3a to Mx 5.3d. Now the bots don't pick up cds - trays open, but no pickup. we're trying to reset firmware back to 5.3a to no avail. Am wondering if i upgrade to latest release of Batch ripper, does it ignore the media technics firmware version?

The Batch version would not help, as the mediatechnics drivers is separate. See if you can get the older version.
