Using Batch Ripper with multiple drives?

I'm hoping someone can help with this question. We built an optical drive tower with 6 drives all conected to 3GB/s buss controllers. All 6 drives show up in Windows and are available to be selected from the standard ripping program.

Is there any way to get all 6 drives working with the Batch app?

Run Batch Ripper Configuration and add the drives to Batch Ripper.
