Amg account user name

Hi,

I purchased 500 Amg lookups. When following the download link, I am asked to enter my account user name, which I don't know. It does not show under Batch Ripper/Meta/Amg-purchase either, as suggested.

What can I do?

..just solved the problem,

before following the link provided in the email, you need to create a new account in batch ripper!
