    Date tag goes off GMT?

Is this by design? My files show created at the proper time, but when I create a folder based on a date tag, it changes dates at GMT midnight, not Eastern time, where my computer is...hmmmmm. Not a big (or even small) problem, but thought I'd ask.

Files have their date and time set by the OS, not by us.

That's what I don't get. Everything in my computer is set to local time (GMT -5) and all file names show correctly in windows explorer; it's just the tag's.

Oh well; if there was going to be something that I can't get to work perfectly for me, this would be a good choice...
