Need to retrieve previous AMG User ID

My hard drive blew yesterday and am trying to reinstall batch ripper on a new drive. I had recently purchase 1000 lookups but have no record of the generated AMG user Name for my account. Is there anywhere I can go to request it based on my registered e-mail?
