Multiple files question

OK, I have used db to convert all my flac files to AAC, but it has missed out some files.
For example, Pink Floyd.
I have various tracks on the different albums named the same. Take Money, on 3 or four albums and some tracks are live, some slightly different.
DB has decided I only need one copy of each track title so has missed out the rest.
As a result, for example, my pulse folder only has 3 tracks in the disk 2.
Any ideas?

Your output filenames are generated how? with dynamic naming?

If you are using Reference, use [origpath]\[origfilename] for the dynamic naming to give you back your original folder structure.
