I just Purchased the fully loaded Includes CD Writer plus Power Pack plus Mp3 Encoder License for 24.95 All I got was the the player. I did not get the cd burner or mp3 encoder. :cry:

They are all available as separate downloads. Just download them from Products and install them, without uninstalling things.

They sent me link to download from. I download it, and after the install all I have is the player.db amp audio player,My Music Collection,My Music Collection,ect. No music converter or burner. It said on the web page that I would get all of this for 24.95.

The player wouldn't be coming from there as it requires no registration.
Anyway, go and download the converetr and the cd writer from the Products tab and install them.
