    I am running win XP and have registered the power pack product, I have paid the $19 and my visa clearly shows it has been debited, I registered on the last day of the trial, I can provide visa details if requested, since I did this I cannot install the power pack, I have tried a removal and a reinstall, but the product just says "registered no: trial period expired, power pack is release 3.

    please could you advise how to resolve this issue as I really like the power pack and do not wish to take further action to be reimbursed.
