Will someone please tell me how I can get my bassbox working with audio player or Im gonna go mad.It works with media player but not with this

Hi there. I have a bass box connected up to my pc and I can't get it working. It was working with Windows media player but it does not work with power amp. My bass box is by Altec Lansing. Please could someone tell me how I can get my Bass Box working again. I tried again with WMP(windows) and it works fine. Cheers
