ogg decoding

When I try to decode ogg files I keep getting this message:
Musicconverter has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL.
Musicconverter will now close. How do I solve this problem?

You might have bad ogg file(s), or what you are decoding to is crashing it, to decoding to Wave.

I am decoding to wave. The files de-coded just fine with Yamp.

Can you try this test for me - take a large wave file - convert it to Ogg with dBpowerAMP Music Converter, then try converting it back to wave, does it work on yours?
