Error with "Power Pack"

I installed the SvetaPortableAudio-r4 then after that i installed the Bantam BA1000. When i double click BA1000 theres an error saying The "Power Pack" need to be installed to run this program, visit www.dbpoweramp.com to install. I installed and reinstalled and uninstalled alot. I restarted my computer and same error can some1 help me? :vmad:
